WHEN WILL THE NEXT COLLECTION LAUNCH?
In November, a new limited edition Autumn / Winter collection will be available to preorder.
In February, a fresh limited edition Spring / Summer collection will be available to pre-order.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO MAKE?
My dispatch time various depending on the status of my order book, custom orders are usually complete within 3 - 7 weeks. It is important to let me know if you need your order for specific date and I will do my best to help. Upon receipt of your order, I will be in touch to confirm the details will provide updates with an accurate delivery date.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
I provide Royal Mail tracking information for every order, delivery times can vary so I appreciate your patience, within the UK parcels usually arrive within 1-2 working days.
For international deliveries please expect your parcel to arrive within 5 - 14 working days.
CAN I RETURN THE ORDER?
Customer satisfaction is crucial for my small business so please let me know as soon as possible if there is a problem and I will find a solution for you. Please note due to the personalised nature of made to order items it is likely I can only offer exchanges and alterations.
POSTAGE METHODS & COST?
For UK customers I only use Royal Mails 1st class signed for service or special next delivery.
For international customers I use Royal Mails international tracked and signed service.
Appropriate postage costs are automatically generated at checkout but please feel free to message me for a quote.
CUSTOMS & TAXES?
Please be aware of any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country before you place your order, I am not responsible for fees or delays due to customs.
